This course aims to familiarize the associates with the nature of the course, the main characteristics and qualities of strategic leaders, and the associate’s ability to be an effective strategic leader in his workplace, able to convey his ideas to the work team and develop his ability to clearly describe what he wants to do and the skills needed to be acquired to be a successful leader.
